FitBro is a mobile application that connects people interested in practicing physical exercises, allowing them to find nearby workout partners, send invitations for physical activities, and rate shared experiences.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Agreement

By creating an account, logging in, or using any FitBro functionality, you declare that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use
• You are at least 18 years old or have authorization from legal guardians
• You will provide truthful and up-to-date information
• You will use the application responsibly and respectfully

2.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the application or by email with at least 30 days' notice.

3. Features and Services

3.1 Main Features

FitBro offers:

• Partner location: Find nearby people available to train
• Invitation system: Send and receive invitations for physical activities
• Personalized profile: Manage personal information, photo, and training preferences
• Rating system: Rate and be rated after completed workouts
• Chat and messages: Communication to coordinate workouts
• Activity history: Record of sent, received invitations and completed workouts

3.2 Usage Limitations

To ensure quality and avoid spam:

• Invitation limit: Maximum of 3 invitations per user per day
• Availability: Automatic status update based on activity
• Moderation: Inappropriate content may be removed without notice

4. Responsibilities and Limitations

4.1 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Truthful information: Not provide false or misleading data
• Appropriate behavior: Treat other users with respect
• Personal safety: Take precautions in face-to-face meetings
• Non-discrimination: Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation
• Appropriate content: Not send offensive messages, spam, or illegal content
• Minimum age: Confirm that you are at least 18 years old

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

It is forbidden to:

• Create fake profiles or use third-party identity
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Request money, sell products, or make unauthorized advertisements
• Share sexual, violent, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass technical or usage limitations
• Use the application for unauthorized commercial purposes

4.3 Limitation of Liability

FitBro is not responsible for:

• Face-to-face meetings: Incidents, accidents, or problems during workouts
• User behavior: Actions of third parties outside the application
• Availability: Temporary service interruptions
• Data loss: Caused by factors beyond our control
• Results: Effectiveness of workouts or unachieved fitness goals

5. Moderation and Reporting System

5.1 Reporting Tools

• Report user: Button available on all profiles
• Report content: For messages or inappropriate behavior
• Categories: Harassment, spam, fake profile, inappropriate behavior
• Analysis: All reports are analyzed within 48 hours

5.2 Consequences

Depending on severity:

• Warning: For minor infractions
• Suspension: Temporary for repeat offenses
• Ban: Permanent for severe cases
• Legal report: For criminal activities

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 FitBro Content

• Trademark: "FitBro" and logos are registered trademarks
• Code: Software protected by copyright
• Design: Interface and visual elements are exclusive property

6.2 User Content

• Ownership: You retain rights to photos and texts submitted
• License: You grant us license to use, display, and process your content
• Responsibility: You guarantee having rights to all submitted content

7. Commercial Aspects

7.1 Business Model

• Free version: Basic features available for free
• Pro version: Premium features via subscription
• Advertising: Ads may be displayed to free users

7.2 Payments and Subscriptions

• Processing: Via official stores (Google Play, App Store)
• Cancellation: Can be done at any time
• Refund: According to store policies

8. Service Termination

8.1 Account Closure

You can close your account at any time:

• Through the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account
• By email: Request to privacy@fitbroapp.com
• Effect: Personal data removed within 30 days

8.2 Termination by FitBro

We may terminate accounts for:

• Serious violation of terms of use
• Behavior that harms other users
• Inactivity exceeding 2 years
• Service discontinuation (90 days notice)

9. General Provisions

9.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian laws, especially:

• General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018)
• Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/2014)
• Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990)

9.2 Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve any disputes.

9.3 Severability

If any clause is deemed invalid, the others remain in force.
